FRAME WIDTH
- All framed prints come with a 20mm Frame with a 40mm white border.

CUSTOM FRAMING OPTIONS
-If there is a colour frame that you have in mind other than Black, White or Oak or you would like to look at different styles please contact me and we can discuss other options.

SHIPPING INFORMATION  
- All prints are made individually to order. Delivery will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks for print only and 3 -4 weeks for framed prints from receipt of payment.
-Free shipping Australia-wide. For orders outside Australia contact me I will get you a quote for shipping ASAP

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We will only ship rolled prints outside of Australia, this is due to the high cost of shipping and the risk of damage shipping these overseas is too great.

REFUND POLICY 
- No refund will be given unless a request for a refund has been received within 24 hours of placing the order. Request for refund must be sent to josie@josephinecolephotography.com  
- Once the product is received by the buyer, no refund will be given. 
- If the product is damaged, please email josie@josephinecolephotography.com ASAP! 

DISCLAIMER 
- When handling your print and taking it out of its packaging, please be extremely careful not to touch the print as the print is fragile. I recommend getting it framed asap and leaving it in its packaging until you can take it to a framer.
